Although Patti's lungs are not completely clear, they are looking and sounding better today so the medicine they are giving her appears to be working.
She is still on the ventilator and they don't think she will be taken off of it today. Earlier in the day her oxygen level was turned down to 35% for an hour or so but recently they had to bump it back up to 65%.
Her new sedation is keeping her calm and resting. Ray just arrived with his guitars to play her some music. I think she will really love to hear his calming melodies.
